Karnataka CET 2018 examination schedule has been released and the candidates who will be appearing for the test can now check the timetable online. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the examination time table for those who will be appearing in the upcoming state Common Entrance Test (CET) 2018.
The examination timetable for the KEA CET 2018 can now be checked online on the official website kea.kar.nic.in for schedules subjects along with the date and timings.
Karnataka KEA CET 2018 exam schedule released online
The state-level Karnataka CET 2018 examination is conducted every year for the candidates seeking admission in the medical and non- medical courses across the colleges located in Karnataka. The KEA CET 2018 is scheduled for three days i.e April 18, 19 and 20 for the year 2018. Those who will qualify in the KEA CET 2018 will be eligible to get admission in courses including pharmacy, medicine, AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani and Homeopathy), dentistry, farm science, architecture, engineering and technology for the academic year 2018.
As per the requirement, candidates who seek admission in the medical and dental courses should have been cleared the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) 2018. The Central Board Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted NEET 2018 is essentially an all India level medical examination held every year to select candidates on their percentage basis to take admission in top medical colleges of India. Candidates who wish to seek admission in the Architecture course via KEA CET 2018 are also required to qualify the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) paper 2. Those who have not cleared the JEE Paper 2 should have been cleared the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), which is conducted by the Council of Architecture every year.
Timetable for KEA CET 2018 with subject & timing
As per the Karnataka KEA CET 2018 timetable released online on the official website, on April 18, 2018, Wednesday, a test of Biology is scheduled between 10.30 am to 11.50 am. On the same day, at 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm, candidates will have to appear for Mathematics paper.
On the second day of the KEA CET 2018 that will be held in Karnataka state i.e Thursday, April 19, 2017, candidates will be able to write Physics paper between10.30 to 11.50 am while Chemistry paper will be held between 2.30 pm to 3.50 pm. On the third day of Karnataka CET 2018 i.e on Friday, April 20, 2018, candidates can appear in the Kannada language from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm. The last paper of the KEA CET 2018 will be conducted in Bangalore.
