2018 Bajaj Dominar 400 New Colours Spotted in India | Check the Colours and Features

A new colour of the Bajaj Dominar 400 has been recently seen in India. The flagship model from the bike manufacturer has been spotted in Red and Blue colour at one of the Bajaj dealerships. One of the major differences in the spotted Bajaj Dominar 400 is the golden coloured alloy wheels.

As per the report, the global two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto Limited is currently offering the Dominar 400 in 4 colours – Midnight Blue, Moon White, Twilight Plum and Matt Black. The newly spotted Red Colour will add more choice for the consumer in the current lineup.

2018 Bajaj Dominar 400 new colours spotted in India

Bajaj Auto, the homegrown motorcycle manufacturer, has been reported to have added more colours to its Dominar 400 product lineup. As per the report, the motorcycle manufacturer has added two new shades in the Dominar 400.

The report mentions that the two colours that have been introduced by the bike manufacturer are Red and Blue and these colours have been spotted at one of the Bajaj dealerships. It is also being claimed that the bike maker has also added another colour in Dominar 400, which has been included in the alloy wheel. The new coloured Bajaj Dominar have been spotted in golden coloured alloy wheels.

Features of the Bajaj Dominar 400

Currently, the bike manufacturer is offering the Dominar 400 in 4 different colours – Blue, White, Plum and Black. As per the official website, the shades that are being offered in the Bajaj Dominar 400 are classified as Matt Black, Moon White, Midnight Blue and Twilight Plum. With the addition of the Blue and Red colour with golden alloy wheels the Bajaj Motors will have six shades for the consumers in the Bajaj Dominar 400 lineup.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 gets a four-valve, 373cc, triple spark DTS-i engine which is fuel injected and liquid cooled. The petrol unit churns out 35PS of power and 35Nm of peak torque. DTS-i engine of the Bajaj Dominar comes mated to a six-speed manual transmission and delivers linear performance through the slipper clutch.

Competition and price of the Bajaj Dominar 400 

As per the engine specifications and performance, the Bajaj Dominar 400 does not have any direct competition in the country. Though, in terms of pricing it does compete against the likes of the Royal Enfield Himalayan and Mahindra Mojo.
