Mr. Ambani just gave Jio users one more reason to be happy by extending the free services for another 3 months. A lot of people may be wondering if the plans offered by other connections are lucrative or not.
It seems that Reliance Jio is all set to capture the telecom market as they extended their Jio Membership deadline by 15 days to April 15, 2017. As per the company, 72 million people have already paid for the Jio Prime Membership. Mr. Ambani is all set to lure more customers.
Reliance Jio’s unbelievable offers have forced other service providers have introduced new plans at a much cheaper price in order to remain competitive. For your convenience, we have made a list of the plans introduced by different service providers
Reliance Jio
The Jio freebies will have to pay Rs. 100 for becoming a Jio Prime Member. After becoming a Jio Prime Member, users will have to pay Rs. 303 on a monthly basis to enjoy Jio’s 4G services. This offer will be applicable once the extended free services expire. This plan will offer you:
- Plan: Rs 303
- Data: 28GB 4G Data ( 1GB high-speed limit per day after that speed will drop to 128kbps)
- Calling: Free Local and STD Calls
- Messages: Free Local and STD messages
- Validity: 28 Days
Airtel
Airtel will offer 1GB 4G data per day, free local and STD calls at the price of Rs. 345. However, the terms and conditions of this plan are 500MB data during the day and 500Mb data during the night. To avail this offer the customers had to sign up before 31st March and the offer will be valid for next 11 months. This plan will offer you:
- Plan: Rs. 345
- Data: 28GB (1 Gb per day, 500mb during the day and 500mb during the night)
- Calls: Free 300 minutes/day and total 1200 minutes in 7days (Local & STD) and no free STD calls
- Messages: Free local and STD messages
- Validity: 28 days
Vodafone
Vodafone introduced a plan which comes with 28GB data and unlimited free calls at a price of Rs. 346. Users will be charged after daily 1GB free data. This plan will offer you:
- Plan: Rs. 346
- Data: 28GB Data ( 1GB free data daily and then the data charges will apply)
- Calls: Free local and STD calls, 300 minutes per day and 1200 minutes in 7 days. No free calls in roaming.
- Validity: 28 days
BSNL
BSNL has made a smart move by launching the cheapest plan. The plan will offer 10GB per day which will be available at a price of Rs. 249. The users will get unlimited voice calls but only on Sunday. Rest of the days, the unlimited calls can be availed from 9 PM – 7 AM. The plan will offer you:
- Plan: Rs. 249
- Calls: Unlimited from 9 PM – 7 AM (Unlimited on Sunday without a time boundation)
- Data: 10GB per day
- Validity: 28 days
BSNL’s Rs. 339 plan offers 2GB of 3G data per day and unlimited calls which will be valid for 28 days.
Idea Cellular
Idea’s Rs. 348 plan provide unlimited calls and 1GB 4G data per day. The plan will offer you:
- Plan: Rs. 348
- Data: 28GB 5G data
- Calls: Free local and STD calls. Free calls on roaming
- Messages: Free local and STD messages. Free messages on roaming
- Validity: 28 days.
Idea has introduced one more plan which will offer free local and STD calls on the same network in India, 50MB at a price of Rs. 148.
