Recently, a video footage of an ASI Cop who is being beaten by a common man has taken across the different social media platforms. The video witnesses a man thrashing a cop in Sector 22, Chandigarh which experiences a great footfall most of the times. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning and was captured by a passerby.
Sector 22, Chandigarh is rather a crowded place all thanks to the residential area as well as the presence of the market for shopping. The incident of a cop being beaten by a man came across in Sector 22 Chandigarh and the video of the same was shared on Wednesday that is June 6, 2018.
ASI Cop Thrashed By Man in Sector 22
As per the sources, it has been revealed that the incident took place near the famous Kiran Theater located in Sector 22, Chandigarh, and was recorded by a man with the help of his mobile phone. He is known to have recorded the video by standing near a tea vend which is at the roadside of Kirann Theatre. The man who was recorded thrashing the inspector in uniform has not been identified as of now and neither do the officials possess the sign of the recording of any complaint by any individual in context to the happening.
The video of the incident which now is viral shows that the man approaching the police inspector and thus pushing him outside a residential house in Sector 22, Chandigarh. After this, the man began to hit the police cop and further began to bring and drag him down on the ground. A woman did try to interfere who was accompanied by another woman and the three of them took the cop along with them as they approached the light point of Aroma and Sector 21, Chandigarh.
No Complaint of Thrashing Filed
The video which has been circulated in context to the ASI Cop being thrashed by a man who is later accompanied by two women in the same act. In the video, it is clear that the ASI cop is not retaliating in order to stop the man from beating him. But no FIR or DDR has been filed to report the case because of the absence of a complainant.
