7th Pay Commission | July & August Seem to Bring Joy to 50 Lakh Employees

Pay Commission (2018): It has been so long that central government employees are waiting for the hike that government promised them. Around 50 Lakh central government employees were promised this hike under 7th Pay commission. As per the recent news updates, it has been made clear that the wait for the hike is soon going to end in August. With this news coming forth the hopes of all those employees who were hit with the news that there will be no minimum pay hike for them are lifted up.

All the employees working in central government were demanding for the minimum pay hike on the basic pay to Rs. 26,000 instead of Rs. 18,000 under the 7th Pay Commission.

7th Pay commission | Minimum Pay Hike to be Issued soon in August 2018??

It has been months since the government employees are under the impression of getting minimum pay hike under 7th pay commission. According to the latest update, the government is planning to finally grant the basic pay hike demanded by the employees in August. With the elections approaching near, Prime Minister Narendra Modi seems to be pushing the government to fulfill the demands of the 50 Lakh employees.

The media reports also claim that Mr. Modi is going to announce the hike in the minimum pay as well as fitment factor on 15th August from the top of Red Fort. After so long of disappointments, the hopes of all the employees have been lifted up by the Pay Commission.

23 Lakh Retired Employees & State Universities teaching & non-teaching staff eligible for Hike???

According to the reports, the Central Government has announced benefits for the 25,000 State and Central Government retired employees under 7th pay commission. Earlier this month, Union HRD minister confirmed that in total 23 Lakh employees retired employees and State Universities teaching and non teaching staff will get the hike on their pension under 7th CPC (Pay commission).

As per this report not only there will be good news for the 50 lakh employees working in the central government, but the retired staff will also enjoy the perks of the minimum pay hike under 7th pay commission.
