After NIT & IIT employees, FTII (Film & Television Institute of India) employees will get benefitted from the 7th Pay Commission. As per the reports, it has been said that the Finance Ministry has approved the proposal of FTII Employees pay hike regarding the 7th Pay Commission (7PC). Likewise, the IIT and NIT employee’s pay scale, FTII Pune employees pay will also be hiked as per the 7th Pay Commission.

Even the good news regarding the pay hike under the 7th Pay Commission has been shared by the new Chairman of FTII (Pune) Anupam Kher over the twitter by writing- happy to share that the proposal for the implementations of 7th Pay Commission in FTII officials has been approved by the Finance Ministry.

What’s New for FTII Employees under 7th Pay Commission

Read out what all will the FTII Employees will get, after the revised salaries under the 7th Pay Commission-

The institute may get Rs. 20.4 crores per year for the spending on the salaries of FTII employees.

Currently, FTII uses to get Rs. 18.9 crore as the per annum salary of 166 employees in the Institute. And after the 7th Pay, it will be increased by Rs. 1.5 crores per year.

The news has come up as the sign of relief for the permanent FTII employees, as the pay scale goof up has caused much inconvenience for them.

And they are also looking up for much more upgradation after the NAC meeting, going to be held soon regarding the final decision over the 7th Pay Commission.

7th Pay Commission (7PC): Whats more to come up?

Even NIT (National Institute of Technology) and IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) employees will also get much benefit from the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission. NAC (National Anomaly Committee) is all set to hold a meeting soon regarding the discussion of the minimum pay hike of 48 lakh Central Government employees under the 7th Pay Commission. From salary to fitment factor, Government is all set to raise the bar from Rs.18,000 to Rs. 21,000 and 2.57 (current) times to 3.00 times respectively.

So there will be some good and bad news awaiting for the Government employees falling under the 7th Pay Commission.
