7th Pay Commission | Pension Matrix to be Updated by Modi Government & Here’s What This Means

In the light of recent events, 7th Pay Commission has been successful in pushing the government in giving the hike to the minimum pay for the central government employees and pensioners. Along with the minimum pay hike, 7th Pay Commission has also recommended the increase in Fitment Factor. These decisions are not limited to the working central government employees, but it also includes the pensioners.

Modi Sarkar’s Green Flag To Updation of Pay Matrix For CG Employees and Pensioners

After a long debate between 7th Pay Commission and government regarding the updating of the pay matrix, finally, the decision is coming to a reality. Where the Modi Sarkar has waved Green flag on the recommendation of the 7th Pay commission there, NAC has decided to meet to finalize the terms and conditions of the minimum hike for the CG employees and pensioners.

The meeting of NAC has been scheduled to 10th October 2017, and all the benefactors are desperately waiting for the decision. This Year Modi Sarkar has already made some big decisions on the basis of the 7th Pay Recommendations, and the decision of Pay hike Seems to be most likely going in favor of the Pensioners and CG employees.

Government in Favor of 7th Pay Commission’s Recommendations To Increase Basic Pay

The government has ruled in favor of the minimum pay hike and is formulating the process to issue the same. According to the sources, the Modi Sarkar has given the green signal to the NAC to grant the hike for the minimum pay and Fitment factor. Also, as per the sources, the report from the NAC meeting will pass to ECoS for analysis and the final decision will be carried out by the Union Cabinet around January.

The amount of the hike is yet to be decided and will be disclosed after the final decision. Although according to the sources the amount of hike is going to be Rs.21,000 or above. So, Let’s Just Cross our finger, and see what good news this coming year will bring.
