Now Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory to be linked to all bank accounts, mobile phone number and all saving schemes of the person. And it is now become paramount to verify the mobile number of the users that is registered with the Aadhaar Card number or the UID. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) issues a 12 digit number which is the Unique Identity Number and Aadhaar Card.

The Aadhaar Card, UIDAI provides many services to Aadhaar Card Holders online via online portal uidai.gov.in and most of the services need an OTP to verify whether it is sent to the correct person or not. The OTP is sent to the registered mobile number which is registered with the Aadhaar Card. In order to verify the mobile number with Aadhaar Card Number, first of all, you have to visit the official website of UIDAI. the official website of Unique Identification Authority of India is uidai.gov.in. After Visiting the website. Go to the Aadhaar Online Service section. Under this section there will we three columns – Aadhaar Enrollment, Aadhaar Update & Aadhaar Services. Under the section Aadhar Services, Click on Verify Email & Mobile Number.

After Clicking the Verify Email & Mobile Number Section, a new page will be open in front of you. In this page, you will have to enter all the details. Details like Aadhaar Card Number, Email Id, Mobile number And security code has to be entered. After Submitting all the details click on Get One time Password.

After Clicking on the Get One Time Password, the website will send an OTP to the number. Enter that code in the right section of the page. And click on Verify OTP. If entries will be valid then you will get a message on the screen that “Congratulations” The mobile number 9xxxxxxxxx matches with our records. In any case if the number is not registered then visit the nearest Permanent Aadhaar Centre (PAC) and complete the process.
