Slumdog Millionaire Actor Sitaram Panchal is No More

Bollywood actor, Sitaram Panchal, who was suffering from kidney and lung cancer for more than four years, today succumbed to his illness. He was 54 years old and was not keeping well for a long time. The relatives of the actor, Sitaram Panchal told media that he was having difficulty in breathing and was undergoing cancer treatment in Mumbai.

Sitaram Panchal has acted in many hit Bollywood films including Peepli Live, Pan Singh Tomar, Bandit Queen, Jolly LLB 2, The Legend of Bhagat Singh, Slumdog Millionaire and many more. Today, Sitaram Panchal breathed his last and has left us with memorable movies.

The actor, Sitaram Panchal was suffering from the dreadful disease of Kidney and Lung cancer since last four years and his treatment had made him and his entire family go short on capital. Due to falling health, Sitaram Panchal was unable to work in films and he lost both money and weight because of cancer. In the pictures of Sitaram Panchal, lying sick on his bed, which is shared everywhere on social media, he looked very weak and is said to have lost 30 kilograms due to illness. He was bed ridden for the past 10 months and was in the worst condition of his life.

Help from Bollywood & Politics were extended for Sitaram Panchal’s treatment

A few days back, Sitaram Panchal’s was posted on social media and went viral as the actor had urged to help him financially for his treatment of cancer. Many actors from the Bollywood fraternity and politicians had come up to help the actor. The Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) had also joined the campaign of seeking help from people for the failing health of Sitaram Panchal. Bollywood producer, Ashwini Chaudhary and actor Anil Kapoor have also extended their help to save the life of the actor but unfortunately, Sitaram Panchal went to eternal sleep today morning.

The entire nation extends their condolences to the family and relatives of Sitaram Panchal and prays to God for his soul to rest in peace.

Yesterday, on his 26th marriage anniversary, Sitaram Panchal’s son had posted his picture on Facebook, congratulating him and praying for his recovery.
