Addicted To Blue Whale Challenge 17-Year-Old Commits Suicide In Panchkula

The deadly Blue Whale Challenge has claimed a 17-year-old’s life in Panchkula. The 17-year-old boy has committed suicide in Panchkula. According to a report, the victim’s mother has stated that he was addicted to the Blue Whale Challenge.

Blue whale claims 17-year old Panchkula boy’s life

As per the report, the 17-year old boy hanged himself in his house in sector 4, Panchkula. It has been further mentioned in the report that the 17-year old boy lost his life after falling prey to the fatal Blue Whale challenge. The victim has been identified as Karan Thakur. Karan was a student of DAV School in Sector 8, Chandigarh. The report has also mentioned that the 17-year old Panchkula resident took up the Blue Whale challenge on his mobile phone. Suspected to be linked to the fatal online game – the Blue Whale Challenge, Karan Thakur allegedly hanged himself at her Panchkula resident.

Victim wanted to quit the game

It was reported that the parents of the 17-year-old Panchkula victim found the fatal Blue Game Challenge installed in his mobile phone. Parents found the Blue Whale Challenge game installed in the deceased 17-year-old’s phone and informed the police after performing the last rites of the 17-year-old boy.

The Panchkula resident’s mother has revealed that her son had confessed to her that he was getting addicted to the Blue Whale Challenge game and that he wanted to quit the game. According to the report, the victim’s mother has stated that her son had asked her to take him to a psychiatrist as he was getting addicted to a game. Though the victim had not revealed the name of the game and the mother was not aware of the fact that the 17-year-old was referring to the fatal game – Blue Whale Challenge.

Shocking sketches recovered from the victim’s house in Panchkula

Karan Thakur’s (The blue whale challenge victim, Panchkula) parents also recovered some drawings in their deceased son’s notebook. It is being alleged that these sketches were made by Karan Thakur while he was playing the fatal Blue Whale Challenge game. The drawings have revealed shocking descriptions of the Blue Whale Challenge victim. There are drawings in the notebook along with texts that read “I don’t deserve to live” and “I should just die”.
