Air Force Common Admission Test i.e. AFCAT 2017 to be held in August this year had released its online applications on June 3,2017. Candidates who seek admission into Indian Air Force to become Commissioned Officers must apply for AFCAT 2017 before the last date of registration. The online registrations shall close on June 29,2017 via which one can apply for AFCAT 2017 which would recruit officers into various departments of Indian Air Force such as Flying, Ground Duty, Aeronautical Engineering etc.

AFCAT 2017 : Registrations Close Soon

With its Online registration date nearing its end, AFCAT 2017 has been the most sought after examination by many graduates who aim to become Commissioned Officers in the highly prestigious and esteemed Indian Air Force. The online registration to apply for AFCAT 2017 had started on June 3, 2017 inviting applications from well deserved and interested candidates eager to appear for AFCAT 2017. The last date to apply online by filling up an online registration form available at the official website of the Indian Air Force is on June 29,2017.

Candidates can apply at the official online web portal of Indian Air Force at careerairforce.nic.in on or before June 29 for AFCAT in 2017 this year.

AFCAT 2017: Important Instructions

  • Candidates whose marks are in CGPA must use ’10’ as multiplying factor to convert into percentage marks
  • Aspirants to have a valid functional and unique e-mail id active for a year atleast for communication purpose
  • Candidates below 25 years of age to be ‘unmarried’ excluding widower and divorcee
  • Above 25 years of age, candidates to undergo training by leaving out family behind
  • Marriage during training period is non-permissible
  • Exclusion list available for permitted permanent tattoos, lest not allowed
  • Candidates to have a clear past criminal record
  • Candidates to carry valid ID Proof with DOB mentioned along with the admit card to exam and interview
  • PAN and Aadhar Card are mandatory documents to be shown to authorities
  • No books, calculators or electronic items permitted inside the exam venue for AFCAT 2017
  • Candidates not permitted to appear for other exams of interviews till AFCAT 2017 training period gets over
