Airtel 399 Prepaid Plan Revised to Counter Jio 399 Plan | Check Plan Details

Bharti Airtel has launched two new Prepaid plans for its users this year. The first prepaid plan launched by Airtel is the plan 499 and the second prepaid plan launched by the telecom operator is the plan 249. Airtel has also re-launched the postpaid plan 649 plan for postpaid users. The telecom operator has now revised its prepaid plan 399 for some users and the plan now directly competes with the Jio plan 399 that offers 1.5GB data per day. Airtel Prepaid Plan 399 Details

Airtel prepaid plan 399 is not a new plan but the company has revised the plan now. Airtel plan now offers unlimited calling including all local calls, STD calls, and all roaming incoming & outgoing calls. There is no limit or FUP on the free calls and users can enjoy unlimited free calls in the plan.

In terms of data, the plan now offers 1.4GB data per day. This is valid for only selected users. The validity of the plan is also revised and now the validity of the plan is 84 days. With this recent changes in the plan the telecom operator has now managed to match with the Jio plan 399 but still, there is 100MB less data per day in the plan 399 of Airtel. The same plan earlier offers 1GB data per day and free calls. To some users, the plan is still same and for some users, the plan is revised.

Jio Plan 399 Details

Talking about the Jio plan 399, the plan is an old plan of Jio. In this plan the telecom operator Reliance Jio is offering all free and unlimited calls to anywhere in India without any limit on calling. The prepaid plan 399 of Jio also offers free roaming incoming and outgoing calls. In this plan, the telecom operator is offering total 126GB data. The daily data usage limit in the plan is 1.5GB. The validity of the 399 plan of Jio is 84 days.

Jio Plan 399 Vs Airtel Plan 399

If we compare the 399 of Airtel with the Jio 399 plan then Both plans are same in terms of calling. Both the plans offer unlimited free calling without any FUP or limit. But the 399 plan of Airtel now offers 1.4GB data per day which is less than the 1.5GB daily data usage limit in Jio. Also, the 1.4GB daily data usage limit and the validity of 84 days is applicable for some users. Rest of the users will only get 1GB data per day for 70 days.
