Talking about the details of the Airtel Prepaid Plan 99, the plan offers unlimited calling. All local calls, all STD calls, and all roaming incoming/outgoing calls are free in the plan. The plan also offers 100 free SMS per day making it a total of 2800 SMS. The validity of the plan 99 of Airtel is 28 days.
Talking about the data benefits, Airtel 99 prepaid plan offers 2GB data in total. There is no daily data usage limit of data in the plan. The same plan earlier offers 1GB data to its users but now Airtel users will now get 2GB data. The Jio plan 98 also offers 2GB data.
Jio Plan 98 & Airtel Plan 99 Comparison
Jio launched the 98 plan last year. In the Reliance Jio plan 98, the telecom operator is offering 2GB data along with free and unlimited voice calls. All the plans of Jio offer unlimited voice calls. In this plan, users will get 300 SMS. The Airtel 99 plan offers same benefits but the plan is ahead of the Jio plan in terms of SMS. On one side Jio Plan 98, users will get 300 SMS and Airtel 99 plan offers 2800 SMS.
Airtel New Prepaid Plan 597 Launched
In a bid of attracting new users, Bharti Airtel has launched a new plan. The new plan launched by Airtel is the plan 597. The Airtel 5979 prepaid plan offers unlimited calls and data usage along with free SMS. This plan is a voice-centric plan and only offers 10GB data. The validity of the plan is 168 days. This is the best plan of Airtel under 700 which gives more than 5 months validity.
The plan is valid for the selected users and it is expected that Bharti Airtel will male the plan applicable for all users. There is no data usage limit in the plan. Users can anytime use the 10GB data.
