While in Airtel 799 plan there are no free calls in roaming. All outgoing calls in roaming are chargeable in Airtel 799 plan.

Airtel is giving 3GB daily data usage in its 799 plan. The validity of Airtel 799 plan is 28 days which means Airtel is giving a total of 84GB high-speed 4G data in its 799 plan. Talking about the data in the Jio 799 plan, Jio is giving the same i.e 3GB data daily high-speed data usage. The validity of the Jio 799 plan is also 28 days.

In calling Jio 799 is again best because there is no charge on roaming incoming and outgoing calls. But the main thing is Jio 799 plan is only for iPhone users and Airtel 799 plan is for all prepaid customers.
