The country is undergoing data revolution and Jio has altogether changed the telecom sector since its existence. Though most of the consumers are not getting the lightening fast 4G speed, yet users are demanding more data at reasonable price.
This need of data and presence of Jio’s very economic data plans has forced existing players, including market leader Airtel, to introduce data plans at cheaper rates. After all the existing players in the telecom sector including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone and Reliance Jio brought their appealing data offers under the 1GB per day 4G data her are the latest 2GB data per day plans from some of the players in the segment.
Reliance Jio
Reliance Jio, the newest entrant in the telecom industry has been the most disruptive player in the industry for the existing players. Jio entered the telecom sector in India more than a year back and in a sort span of a little over one year has successfully garnered over 160 million subscribers. Here are 2GB 4G data per day plan from Reliance Jio.
Reliance Jio has two plans for its prepaid subscribers that offer 2GB of 4G data per day. Jio has a Rs. 299 pack and a Rs. 509 pack that offers 2GB 4G data per day. Both the plans offer high-speed limit of 2GB per day which is followed by unlimited usage at 64 Kbps. Both the plans come with unlimited local and STD calling option in addition to free roaming calls in all circles on all operators. What more, the operator also offers unlimited messages and access to Jio apps. The only difference between both the plans is the validity, while the 299 plan comes with a validity of 28 days, Rs. 509 plan is valid for 49 days.
Bharti Airtel
The oldest, and the largest player (In terms of subscribers) Bharti Airtel is ranked on the top position in the fastest 4G speeds rankings. The rank has been given by an OpenSignal report. Here are the best 2GB per day 4G data from Airtel.
Airtel is offering the Rs. 349 2G plan to its consumers. The 4G 2GB prepaid plan comes with unlimited local and STD calls which come with a validity of 28 days. Airtel too offers 100 SMS free per day.
Vodafone
To cater the ongoing data demand, telecom operator Vodafone too is offering 2GB per day 4G data to its consumers. Here are all the 2GB per day 4G data packs from Vodafone.
Vodafone is currently providing Rs. 348 pack to its prepaid subscribers. The plan offers 2GB 4G data/ per day to its consumers. In addition to the 4G data the telecom operator is also offering free local, national as well as incoming and outgoing calls in roaming. The Rs. 348 plan from Vodafone comes with a limit of 250 minutes per day voice calls and 1,000 minutes per week. Once the limit is utilized, the consumer will be charged 1 paisa/second for each call.
Idea Cellular
Idea Cellular so far has limited 4G coverage in the country. For the consumers residing in an Idea 4G circle, here are the options for the Idea consumers.
The teleco is offering two 2GB per day plans in its 4G circles – Rs. 357 and Rs. 897 pack. While Rs. 357 comes with similar voice call plan that is being offered by other telecom operators, the Rs. 897 also comes with similar benefits. In addition to unlimited voice calls, and 2GB 4G data, the subscribers will also get daily 100 local and national SMS. The only difference between the plans is, while the former comes with 28 days validity the latter offers benefits for 70 days.
