Anu Malik asked to quit Indian Idol 10

Finally, well-known singer Shweta Pandit made use of the social platform to disclose her ‘#MeToo’ moment. Yes, the singer accused ace singing sensation Anu Malik of sexually molesting her during the year 2001 in a recording studio. Anu Malik said no to all the claims and termed them as baseless and afterwards, renowned lyricist Sameer Anjaan came to save Anu Malik. In his declaration, Anjaan stated that he was there at the time Shweta Pandit is discussing but no such evil thing took place.

But, earlier today two unidentified females also charged the singer that he had harassed them and blamed Anu Malik of sexual misbehaviour.

In recent times, Anu Malik has given music for Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma super hit flick Sui Dhaaga – Made In India. At the moment, he is judging the tenth season of singing reality show Indian Idol. But, at the present a shocking news in media hints that he has been ordered to resign the as the judge of the reality show. Yes, the report said that Sony TV, the channel on which Indian Idol airs, has asked Anu Malik to quit.

The report further added that from the time when the sexual harassment claims against the singer hit the web, Sony TV was having a secret talk on the topic. After the meeting, the channel decided to get rid of the National Award winning music composer from Indian Idol 10. The report added that the official declaration of Anu Malik’s dismissal will be made soon. The other two people judging Indian Idol 10 include Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar.

The vital thing to be mentioned here is that Anu Malik has been connected with Indian Idol since its beginning. He has been the judge on all Indian Idol seasons apart from the two terms of Indian Idol Junior.
