Arjun Kapoor Shoots for his Upcoming Bollywood Movie in Chandigarh

The ‘Punjabi Munda’ of Bollywood Arjun Kapoor is all set to come up with his new movie ‘Mubarakan’. The shooting of the movie has been started in the city beautiful Chandigarh. Arjun Kapoor along with his co-star Ileana D’Cruz has shot a song of the movie in one of the Gurudwara in Chandigarh. In the month of November, the Mubarakan team has got a warm welcome in Punjabi style with dhols and bhangra in Chandigarh. The upcoming Punjabi based Bollywood movie will feature Arjun Kapoor along with Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz and Athiya Shetty in the lead role.

Mubarakan Shooting in Chandigarh

Arjun Kapoor started the shooting for ‘Mubarakan’ in Chandigarh, and it has been shot in different locations of the city beautiful like- Sector 9, Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh International Airport and so on. But Arjun felt peace in shooting inside a Gurudwara. He was really overwhelmed after the shoot.

  • It was the first time he shoot in any of the religious place.
  • The entire team had langar in the Gurudwara after the shoot.
  • Arjun forget all his worries as he stepped into the holy place.
  • He even felt a kind of enlightenment and peace inside him.

As Arjun belongs to a Punjabi family he got so much relief by visiting the Gurudwara. He also said that his work takes him to many places for shooting purpose but this place made him so relaxed that he forget all his tensions in life. Arjun is playing double role in the movie, where one of his character is of ‘Sardar’.

It will be great to see the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Mubarakan’ on the silver screen as it has been shot in our very own city. ‘Mubarakan’ has been directed by the director of ‘No Entry’, Anees Bazmee and it will be releasing on 28 July 2017.
