Asus has launched its new phone Asus Zenfone AR in India today. The phone was launched at an event in New Delhi and the sale will start from today. The phone will be purchased solely via Flipkart. The biggest feature of the phone is its RAM. It comes with massive 8GB RAM. This phone supports Google Tango AR platform and Google Daydream VR platform. Zenfone AR will come only in Black color.

Asus ZenFone AR comes with a 5.7-inch QHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. There is a Corning Gorilla Glass Protection on the screen. ZenFone AR is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC processor. The phone is packed with huge 8GB RAM. The phone comes with 128GB of internal UFS 2.0 storage which is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.
Coming to the camera specifications, Asus ZenFone AR comes with a 23-megapixel camera at back with f/2.0 aperture, Tritech Focus System and dual-PDAF and an 8-megapixel camera at front with dual LED flash. The phone can focus as fast as 0.03 seconds with Tritech System.
Zenfone AR is packed with a 3300mAh battery and it supports Quick Charge. The phone comes with an 18W charger which can charge the phone up to 60% in just 18 minutes. Connectivity options of the phone includes 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, USB Type-C 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS and NFC
