Bharti Airtel Now Offers Unlimited Data Without FUP on Broadband Plans in Selected Cities

In a bid to compete with the Reliance Jio Giga Fiber, Airtel has made a bold move by removing the FUP on the broadband plans in selected cities. The telecom operator has started offering unlimited data usage in selected cities. But this offer is only valid on selected broadband plans. Here are the details regarding the Airtel Unlimited Broadband Plan and Cities where it is applicable.

Airtel Unlimited Data Without FUP on Broadband Plans

The first city that gets the unlimited data plan of Airtel was Hyderabad but now many other cities are also added to the list where users can enjoy full speed data without any Fair Usage Policy. The cities where the users can get unlimited data in Airtel broadband Plans are – Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Indore, Jamnagar.

Along with the unlimited data usage without any FUP, Bharti Airtel is also offering Free Amazon Prime Membership and Data rollover benefits in its broadband plans too to compete with the Reliance Jio Giga Fiber. Reliance Jio has started the registration process for the Jio Giga Fiber Broadband Service.

In the Hyderabad, Airtel is offering the unlimited data usage to all users and the best thing is that this is applicable to all the plans of Airtel. The 349 broadband plan of Airtel in Hyderabad also offers unlimited data usage at the speed of 8Mbps. The plan also offers unlimited local and STD calls too. In the Mumbai Circle, Airtel is offering unlimited data in the Broadband Plan 699 and 1999.

In Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, and Jamnagar, Airtel is offering unlimited data in the plan 499, 599 and p[lan 1099. For the Airtel users in Chandigarh, Airtel is offering unlimited data in the plan 1999. This is also same for the users of Delhi, Indore, Jaipur, and Kolkata. In the Agra, Ambala, and Karnal, the operator is offering unlimited data on plan 499 and 1999.

Unlimited Data Also Comes With Limit

Well, Airtel also said that it is offering unlimited data on selected plans but it also comes with a limit. This benefit is applicable to personal and non-commercial use. These benefits are not applicable for the commercial use. The Fair Usage Police or the FUP also comes with a limit but the limit is too high. The FUP is capped at 3.3TB which is equal to 3,333GB. Once the users consume the data then the speed will be revised to 1024 Kbps.
