BSEB Bihar School Examination Board is all set to declare the 2018 result of Class 12 on its official website biharboard.ac.in. Students who have been waiting for Bihar Board class 12 results since the last many days have now finally got an update that BSEB would declare 12th result 2018 by the end of the second week of May or in the beginning of the third week of May. If we look at the dates that tentative dates for BSEB 2018 result of class 12 are from 10th to 14th May.
As per Rajiv Dubey, PRO Bihar School Examination Board – The results of class 12 exams held in 2018 will be declared by end of the second week or the beginning of the third week of May. His statement was first published in Indian Express. It has also been stated that there is no chance of BSEB Class 10 result to be published in May. Bihar Board will first publish Class 12 results and then probably in June first week, it will declare the Class 10 result.
BSEB Class 12 Result 2018
As per official numbers, over 12.80 lakh candidates were registered for Class 12 examinations under Bihar School Examination Board for the year 2018. Class 12 exams for BSEB were held in the month of February from 6th to 16th. The examinations were held at over 1,384 centres across the state and this time the authorities had made strict rules so as to prevent the paper leak, cheating or other means.
It may also be noted that from 2018, Bihar School Examination Board had introduced a new pattern of question paper where 50% of questions were of the objective type and only 50% of remaining questions were subjective.
Candidates who top Class 10 of Bihar Board after the declaration of the result will get a stipend of Rs. 1200 from BSEB. Past trends of pass percentage under Bihar Board is not very good. However, this time it is expected that the result of Class 12 under arts, science as well as arts stream will be good as compared to last years. In 2017, commerce stream result under Bihar Board was 73.76 per cent while science stream and arts stream students result stood at just 30.11 and 37 percent respectively.
