Bihar SSC Recruitment 2019: Last month i.e in March 2019, Bihar Staff Selection Commission released an official notification for the post of Stenographer. The Commission also invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post. Now, the last date to fill the application form is coming near. And the candidates who haven’t filled the application form are advised to do it soon. Bihar SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2019 – Last Date Tomorrow (7th April)
Bihar Staff Selection Commission started the form filling process on 11the March 2019. The actual last date to fill form was 30th March 2019 but the Commission extended the last date. The extended the last date is 7th April to fill the application form. After 7th April, the candidates won’t be able to fill the application form. So, if the candidates are eligible then they are advised to fill the application form on or before the last date. The last date to pay the application fee is 7th April.
Other Important Details of Stenographer Recruitment in Bihar SSC
Application Fee: All those candidates who belong to the General Category and OBC category will have to pay Rs 600 as an application fee. The candidates belonging to the Schedule Caste/Schedule tribe & Physically Handicap category will have to pay Rs 150. The application fee can be paid via Credit card/Debit card or via Net Banking.
Vacancies: Under the BSSC Stenographer Recruitment 2019, there are total 326 vacancies. Out of these 326 vacancies, total 140 vacancies are for General Category & 60 for SC category. For the ST category, there are 4 vacancies. For the OBC category, there are 70 vacancies, 43 for BC Male and 9 vacancies for BC females. Candidates selected for the post of Stenographer in the Bihar Staff Selection Commission will get the pay scale of Rs 5200 – Rs 20200.
Age limit: For the Stenographer post in Bihar SSC, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 37 years. For the female candidates of General and OBC category, the maximum age limit is 40 years. The maximum age limit for the OBC (Male) candidates is 40 years. For the SC/ST (male & female), the maximum age limit is 42 years.
Other Details: During the application filling process, the applicants will have to upload the photograph and Signature. All those candidates who have passed the 10th class and have Stenography and Computer typing proficiency can fill the application form. The selection for the post of Stenographer in Bihar SSC will be on the basis of the Written test & Skill Test.
