BITSAT 2018 Application Begins | Check Exam Pattern, Important Dates & Other Process

The Birla Institute of Technology Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT) 2018 application process has begun online and candidates are invited to register for the entrance test. The application forms for the BITSAT 2018 is only available online on the institutes; official website i.e bitsadmission.com. All those who are interested in seeking seats in the first integrated undergraduate or postgraduate courses including Pharma, BE or MSc at any of the centres of Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) can fill up the application form and appear for the entrance test.

Application fees for the BITSAT 2018

All the candidates interested to apply and appear for the BITSAT 2018 will have to fill up the application form with all the required details and the fee of Rs 2,950 by male candidates and female candidates will have to pay Rs 2450. Fees of US $70 which is equivalent to Rs. 4500 will have to be paid by the candidates who will opt Dubai as their test centre. The BITSAT 2018 is scheduled to happen from May 16 to May 31, 2018. June 18, 2018 is the last date to apply for the BITS admission for the campuses in Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa.

Eligibility criteria & exam pattern for BITSAT 2018

Talking about the eligibility criteria, candidates applying for the BITSAT 2018 should have completed their class 12 or equivalent level examination from a recognized board with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics along with English as an additional subject. For B.Pharm (Hons.), candidates should have completed their class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology along with English. Those candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are also eligible for the B. Pharm (Hons) course.

The exam pattern of BITSAT 2018 includes objective-type questions with multiple choices. It will be a three hours computer based paper segregated into four sections, equivalent to JEE. Each section will have objective questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English along with logical reasoning in accordance with the class 12 syllabus.
