TCL, a Chinese company that manufactures the Blackberry Smartphones globally launched the new Blackberry Motion smartphone. The Motion is blackberry’s new 2017 smart phone that comes with no physical keyboard and runs on Android. It shares its DNA with the new BLackberry KEYOne smartphone that the company launched earlier this year.

The new Blackberry Motion phone must not be confused with a flagship device as it has pretty mediocre specifications. It has dual sim and comes with 4G LTE connectivity. The screen of the new Blackberry smartphone is a 5.5-inch HD display with DragonTrail Glass protection. The new Blackberry Motion interestingly comes with a physical home button below the display.
Snapdragon 625 SoC handles the processing part of things on the Blackberry Motion. The memory is pretty 2017 too with 4GB of RAM and a 32GB of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot on the new blackberry smartphone which can extend that to a whopping 2TB.
The most impressive thing about the new Blackberry smartphone Motion is undoubtedly the battery which is a respectable 4000mAh with support for Quick Charge 3.0 and USB Type-C port. The smart phone is also water resistant which increases the durability of the device.
There is a 12MP single lens rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual tone flash and 4K video support. The front shooter is a 8MP that comes with a selfie flash feature.

The phone was unveiled at Technology week conference in Dubai and will ship to the middle eastern countries first. Saudi Arabia and UAE launch dates have already been confirmed. The blackberry Motion comes at a price $460 and competes with Oneplus 5 in terms of price. Blackberry has been keen on bringing affordable smartphones to the Indian market and we might get to see the blackberry motion on the Indian shores as well.
