Maruti Suzuki’s one of the most awaited launches – the next generation Maruti Suzuki Swift is all set to be launched within a few weeks in India. The automaker is planning to launch the next-generation hatchback at the 2018 Auto Expo in Delhi in the coming month.
The next generation Swift from the Indo-Japanese car manufacturer was earlier slated to be launched later last year but the car manufacturer decided to launch the car this year. Since the unveiling of the all-new Swift in Japan in 2016, most of the car enthusiasts are anxiously waiting for the hatchback to hit the authorized dealerships in the country. According to the report, unofficial bookings of the all-new Maruti Suzuki Swift has been initiated at all the Maruti Suzuki Dealerships across the nook and corner of the county.
Bookings for the next-generation Swift is now open
Swift – the all-new hatchback from the car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is likely to be introduced in India at a price between Rs. 4.78 Lakh and Rs. 8 Lakh. The most awaited hatchback is expected to be launched in the Indian market at a very competitive price. The India-spec model of the all-new Swift was recently showcased at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show and has been in news ever since due to its impressive design, appealing stance and the redesigned features – Internal as well as external features.

There has been no official confirmation as such from the largest car manufacturer in India, but the news suggests that the automaker is planning to unveil the hatchback at the 2018 Auto Expo. It has also been reported that some official Maruti Suzuki dealerships have started accepting bookings for the all-new Maruti Suzuki Swift. Booking amount of the new hatchback has been kept nominal.
Features of the next-generation Swift
In addition to the all-new design, the new Swift gets several features on the Inside as well as on the outside that not only makes the hatchback a most-anticipated vehicle in the country but also the desired hatchback in India. The next-generation Swift gets LED daytime running lights (DRLs) which may come equipped with projector headlamps. There will not be several mechanical changes but the hatchback is likely to come with an AMT variant this time.
