But the opening weekend for Baywatch couldn’t manage to fetch desired response at the box office.

The movie Pirates of the Caribbean 5 Dead Men Tell No Tales was welcomed by the fans of Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and opened the business at 30% higher than the fourth edition of its series at the box office collection in India. The movie was released in both English and Hindi in India and did well by making a gross collection of Rs 5.9 crore including taxes across India.
The Hollywood movie Pirates of the Caribbean 5 was made with a budget of $230 million and is expected to make better box office collection in weeks to come. The movie is released in 1000 cinema halls across India.

The much hyped and talked about popcorn flick, Baywatch released last week but it seems that the Priyanka Chopra’s debut in Hollywood was a cold play in terms of box office collection in five- six days. The multi- starrer movie Baywatch featuring Dwayne Johson aka The Rock and Zac Afron do not seem to have managed to charm the audiences as per the collection it made at the box office. In the three days of its release in the US, the movie Baywatch could do a business of $18.1 million at the box office which turned out to be $22 million on day four. These box office collection of the Baywatch movie were made from 3,647 odd locations from across the world. The movie Baywatch is slated to hit the Indian theatres on June 2.
