BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018: Bihar Public Service Commission has started the process of online applications for the 64th Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2018. All the candidates who want to appear in the BPSC Exam 2018 for various posts are advised to read the official notification carefully and then apply online.
The process of application filling started on 3rd August and it will continue till 20th August 2018 and the online application process will end on August 31st. Candidates are advised to complete registration on or before 20th August and fill the application form completely on or before 31st August.
BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 – Post-Wise Vacancy Details
According to the official notification, there are total 1395 vacancies in the Bihar Public Service Commission. These vacancies are for the various posts. For the post of Dy. Superintendent of Police, there are total 40 vacancies. For the post of jail Guard, there are total 2 vacancies. For the post of Commerical tax Officer, there are 10 vacancies. For the General Registrar/Joint General Registrar, there are total 8 vacancies. For the Lower Election Officer, there are 8 vacancies.
For the post of Planning Officer in Bihar Public Service Commission, there are 13 vacancies. For the post of District Audit Officer, there are total 4 posts. For the post of Assistant Registrar, there are total 24 posts. For the Division Officer Post, there are 25 vacancies. For the District Minority Welfare Officer, there are 6 posts. For the Probation Officer, there 34 vacancies in BPSC. For the Sugar Cane Officer post, there 2 vacancies. For the Assistant Director post, there are total 14 vacancies.
For the Rural Development Officer post, there are total 21 posts. For the Labour Enforcement Officer, there are 53 posts. For the Revenue officer, there are 571 vacancies. For the post of Supply Inspector post, there are 223 vacancies. 122 vacancies in BPSC for the post of Divisional Welfare Officer, 75 for the Block Minority Welfare Officer, 133 for the Block Panchayati Raj Officer and 7 for the City Executive Officer.
BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 – Important Details
The application fee for the BPSC Preliminary examination 2018 is Rs.600 for the General and OBC Category candidates. The candidates from other states (all category) will also have to pay Rs.600 as application fee for the BPSC Recruitment 2018. The application fee for the SC/ST/PH of Bihar and women candidates, the application fee is Rs.150.
Candidates will be selected for the various posts on the basis of the Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and then the Interview. For more details, candidates are advised to read the official notification.
