BPSC Recruitment 2018: The Bihar Public Service Commission has started the process of filling the application form for the post of Assistant. The candidates who are willing to apply for these posts in BPSC can check the official notification on the on the website. The Bihar Public Service Commission released the notification for the Assistant Posts recruitment in the month of October. The notification was released on 30th October 2018. As per the notification, the process of filling the application form was scheduled to begin from 6th November. But later on, the BPSC postponed the form filling process till 20th November.
Now the Bihar Public Services Commission has started the procedure of filling the application form online from 21st November. The candidates can register themselves till 5th December. The last date to pay the application fee is 8th December 2018 and the candidates can completely fill and submit the application form till 15th November 2018.
The candidates who are from the General and OBC category, the application fee for them is Rs 600. The application fee for the SC/ST/PH category candidates and female candidates hailing from Bihar, the application fee is Rs 150. The payment mode of application fee is SBI Collect fee mode, Credit card, debit card, and Net Banking.
Candidates with a minimum age of 21 years can apply for the same. The maximum age limit is 37 years. The reserved category candidates can check the official notification for the age relaxation details. As per the official notification released by BPSC, there are total 51 vacancies for the post of Assistant. For the General Category candidates, there are 30 vacancies in BPSC. For SC category, there are 6 vacancies. For the ST category, there is 1 vacancy. For the OBC category, there are 7 vacancies. For BC Female, there is one vacancy.
According to the official notification of BPSC, the selection of the candidates for the post of Assistant will be made on the basis of the Preliminary Examination and then the Main Examination. The selected candidates will get a pay scale of Rs 44900 – Rs 142400. The minimum education qualification needed to apply for this post is Bachelor Degree in any stream.
