Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has extended the BSNL Bumper offer in which the telecom operator is providing extra 2.1GB data per day on the top of the data given in the plan. For example, if a BSNL plan offers 2GB data per day then after the BSNL Bumper offer benefit, the plan offers 4.1GB data per day. When the BSNL Bumper offer was launched it offered 2.2GB data per day and after the revision, the extra data benefit revised to 2.1GB data per day.
The state-run telecom operator has extended the validity of the BSNL Bumper offer till 31st January 2019 and also added two new plans in the list in which the users will get daily 2.1GB extra data on above of the existing data benefit. The telecom operator has added Plan 1699 and Plan 2099 in the list. These two plans were launched during Diwali this year. These are the yearly plan of BSNL that offers 365 days validity.
BSNL Bumper Offer on Prepaid Plan 1699 and 2099 Details and Benefits
Starting with the BSNL 1699 plan, Bharat Sanchar Nigam launched the prepaid plan 1699 to compete with the Jio yearly plan 1699. The plan was launched with 2GB data per day for 365 days. But after the BSNL Bumper offer, the same plan now offers 4.1GB data per day. This plan now directly beats the Jio Prepaid Plan 1699. Apart from the data benefit, the plan also offers free calls and SMS. The best part of the plan is that the data usage is unlimited which means if the user exhausts the daily data usage limit in the plan, then the speed will be revised to 80 Kbps but it remains free.
Moving to the second plan, i.e BSNL Plan 2099, this is also a yearly plan. The plan 2099 of BSNL was launched to beat the Jio plan 1699. At the time of launch of the plan, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited was offering 4GB data per day in the plan along with free calls and SMS. But now under the BSNL Bumper offer, the plan offers 6.1GB data per day. This plan also offers free and unlimited data even after the daily data usage limit. After the consumption of daily data, the speed of data will be revised to 80 kbps. The validity of the BSNL Plan 1699 and 2099 is 365 days.
Jio Plan 1699 Details
As said above, that these two plans i.e BSNL 1699 and BSNL 2099 was launched by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to compete with the yearly plan of Jio i.e 1699. Jio launched one year plan 1699 and in the answer to that BSNL launched two plans. Well, both plans of BSNL are best as compared to the Jio plan 1699. The only thing that BSNL lacks in its plan is the 4G connectivity. Jio Plan 1699 offers total 1.5GB data per with a validity of 365 days while in BSNL 1699 plan, there is 4.1GB data per day which is more than double and in 2099 plan, there is 6.1GB data per day.
