Last week Reliance Jio launched two new plans for all the prepaid customers under the Jio Happy New Year Offer 2018 and BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) revised it’s 186 plan. the new plans are now available on the list of plans of Jio. You can check the new plan details on the website of Jio. Jio launched 199 plan and 299 plan. Both the new plans come with free data and calls. These new plans of Jio are monthly plans that offers 1.2GB daily data and 2GB daily data. Rest of the benefits are same.
The first new plan that is launched by Jio is the 199 plan and the second new plan is the plan 299. In plan 199 the company is now offering 1.2GB daily data and in the 299 plan, there is a 2GB daily data. The validity of both plans is 28 days. The calls are absolutely free in both packs.
Taling about the BSNL 186 plan, this plan is not a new plan and an old plan of BSNL. BSNL has revised the new plan and started offering 5GB high-speed data without any daily data usage limit. After the 5GB data usage users will get free data with low speed. The pack offers unlimited local, STD and Roaming calls. Furthermore, in this new prepaid plan of BSNL users will also get 1000 SMS free. Here is the difference between the Jio 199 monthly prepaid recharge plan and BSNL monthly recharge plan 186.

Calling Benefits – Both the plans i.e BSNL 186 plan and Jio Happy New Year Plan 199 offers unlimited calls. All local calls and STD Calls are totally free. Both the plans also offer unlimited calls in Roaming. There is no daily or weekly limit on calling.
Data Benefits – Talking about the data benefits, then Jio 199 plan is best among the two. In the 199 plan of Jio, there is a 1.2GB data usage with high speed per day. And after that unlimited data usage with low speed. In BSNL 186 plan, there is a 5GB data with high speed. however, there is no data usage limit per day. Users can consume the whole data in one day. After exhausting 5GB data, the speed of data lowers down.
SMS Benefits – In 186 plan BSNL is offering Free 1000 SMS and in Jio 199 plan there are unlimited SMS. The validity of BSNL and Jio latest plan 2018 is 28 days.
