BSNL Prepaid Plan 171 Details & Benefits
The new prepaid plan launched by BSNL is only for the prepaid users of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana circle. The plan offers free and unlimited calls to anywhere in India including the calls to Mumbai and Delhi circles too. Usually Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited doesn’t offer free calls to Mumbai and Delhi circles but this plan offers. There is no limit on calls.
Talking about the data benefits of the plan 171 of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, users will get 60GB data in the plan. The daily data usage limit in the plan is 2GB. This is just similar to what Jio is offering in its 198 plan. The users will also get 100 free SMS per day in the plan. The validity of the plan is 30 days.
BSNL 171 Plan Comparison With Jio 198 plan and Airtel 199 Plan
Calling Benefits: First of all, the calling benefits of the plan 171 of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, 198 of Jio and 199 of Airtel. All these three plans offer unlimited calls to anywhere in India. There is no FUP (daily calling limit or the weekly calling limit) in these plans of BSNL, Airtel & Jio. In terms of Calling comparison, all these plans are equal.
SMS Benefits: All the three plans offer 100 free SMS per day to anywhere in India and on any number. In terms of SMS, all the plans are equal.
Validity Comparison: Jio 198 Plan and Airtel 199 plan offers 28 days validity while the BSNL plan 171 offers 30 days validity. The saddest thing is that BSNL 171 prepaid plan is only valid in two circles.
Data Comparison: Talking about the data comparison, Jio 198 plan offers 2GB data per day and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is also offering the same. ‘But Bharti Airtel is offering 1.4GB data in the plan 199.
