BSNL 4G VoLTE Services Will Start From January | Kerala to be the First to Get 4G Speed of BSNL

Here is a good news for all BSNL Customers. The state-run telecom operator BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) will roll out its 4G services from the month of January. With the launch of BSNL 4G, all customers will enjoy the super fast 4G speed of BSNL 4G VoLTE and this will improve the user experience too. According to the top company official, BSNL will first roll out the 4G services in the month of January and Kerala will be the first one to get the 4G of BSNL.

BSNL 4G VoLTE Service to begin From January 2018

According to the BSNL Chairman and Managing Director Anupam Shrivastava, BSNL will start the 4G service from Kerala. Kerala will be the first circle to get the BSNL 4G LTE. BSNL will first focus on the areas where the 3G coverage is low. After Kerala, the second circle of BSNL that will get the 4G VoLTE services of BSNL will be Odisha. Odisha is a revenue positive circle of BSNL and that is why it will get the 4G VoLTE service on the second number.

The state-run telco – which contends with private administrators like Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, and Jio that as of now have a built up 4G impression – expects the 5MHz range it at present has in the 2100MHz band to be adequate for the underlying launch of its 4G service. However, to grow the 4G spectrum to rest of the nation, BSNL will require extra range. For this, BSNL is looking for another 5MHz range in the 2100MHz band, which it needs to subsidize by offering extra value to its promoter, the administration.

BSNL to Roll Out 10,000 4G Mobile Towers by March 2018

As of now, BSNL has more than 10 Crore subscriber in all over India excepts Mumbai and Delhi circles. And the state-run telecom operator will roll out 10,000 4G mobile towers to give the 4G service to all its users. This number will rise when the additional spectrum comes in. BSNL will have separate brand Identity for the services and this will be announced when the 4G service of BSNL will roll out.
