Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has now slashed the validity of its most popular plan 429 & BSNL plan 485. This is the second time when the state-run telecom operator reduced the validity of these plans. A month ago BSNL reduced the validity of these two most popular plans from 90 to 84 days. Both the plan 429 and 485 comes under the Digital India Plans. This is the first change of BSNL in the New Year. Here are the full details, validity, and benefits of BSNL 485 & BSNL 429 plan.
Validity of BSNL Plan 429 & 485 Reduced
The 429 plan of BSNL now comes with 71 days and BSNL 485 plan now comes with 74 days. The new validity will be effective from January 4, 2018. To recall, in December BSNL reduced the validity of these plans from 90 days to 84 days. And now once again the validity from 84 days is slashed to 71 days and 74 days. Both the plan offers unlimited calling. Also, users will also get free data usage with 1GB daily data usage.
BSNL 429 Plan Benefits
BSNL 429 plan directly competes with unlimited plans of all other telecom operators. This BSNL plan offers all unlimited local and STD calls but there is no free outgoing roaming calls in the BSNL 429 plan. The plan doesn’t comes with any restriction on the calling and all calls are unlimited. In this plan users will get unlimited data usage. The daily high-speed data usage is 1GB and after that unlimited data usage with low speed. The validity of BSNL 429 plan is now 71 days, earlier it was 84 days.
BSNL 485 Plan Details
This is the second plan of BSNL that comes under the BSNL Digital India plan. Plan 485 of BSNL offers unlimited local, STD and Roaming calls. All roaming calls whether they are incoming or outgoing are absolutely free. The plan also offers unlimited data usage with daily data usage limit of 1GB with high-speed and after that unlimited data usage with low speed. The validity of BSNL plan is now 74 days and earlier it was 84 days.
