BSNL JTO Recruitment 2019: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has released an official notification regarding the selection of candidates via GATE Score 2019 for the post of Junior Telecom Officer. The official notification is available on the website and candidates who want to apply for the same can check the same regarding the eligibility criteria required to apply for the post.
The procedure of filling the application form will begin from next week. Till then candidates can check all the important details in the official notification. The vacancies for the post of BSNL JTO is for the Civil and Electrical trade. the candidates must have applied or appeared in the GATE 2019 exam in the respected paper. BSNL JTO Recruitment 2019 – Scale of Pay, Vacancies, Education Qualifications & Other Details
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will begin the procedure of filling the application form for the post of JTO in Civil and Electrical on the basis of the GATE 2019 score on 11th February 2019. The link to apply for the post of JTO will remain active till 12th March. The application form can be filled online via BSNL portal www.bsnl.co.in.
As per the official notification released by the BSNL, there are total 198 vacancies for the post of JTO. For the post of JTO Electrical, there are 132 vacancies in BSNL which are divided as 71 for OBC, 12 for SC and 49 for ST category. For the post of JTO Civil, there are total 66 posts which are divided as 41 for OBC, 13 for SC, 12 for ST.
The candidates selected for the post of JTO in Civil and Electrical on the basis of the GATE 2019 Score will be appointed in the IDA pay scale E-1A of Rs 16400 – Rs 40500. There will be annual increment @3% of basic pay plus IDA, HRA, perks etc. The candidates applying for the post must have the required educational qualifications. The candidates with the BE/B. Tech in the Civil Engineering for JTO Civil or in Electrical for JTO Electrical from a recognized university and also required to appear in the GATE 2019 exam can apply for the post. The candidate must appear in the GATE 2019 Paper code EE or CE.
