BSNL & Datawind Partnership to provide Unlimited Data in Rs.1 Per Day

According to the CEO of Datawind Suneet Singh, in the third week of February the Prime Minister of Canda, Justin Trudeau will visit India and at that time the low-cost internet pack service will start. For this Datawind has signed an MOU (memorandum of understanding) with BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited).

Datawind will provide the internet service via a mobile phone app. The app will run on Android smartphone and Java feature phones. This app is the patented app of the company. Customers who will buy BSNL sim and install the app on the phone, then they can use the low-cost internet service.

There will be no usage limit like 1GB, 2GB, 3GB or any. The company will provide unlimited data. It depends on users how much they use the data. When asked about the speed of data that the company will provide, CEO Datawind said that the speed will be according to the company. But the browsing speed will be 30 percent more than others because it uses the compression acceleration technique with which the data is sent in a compressed way. With this, the downloading time will get decreased at the time of browsing. For example, if a file takes 30-32 seconds to download then with this technique it will only take 1 or 2 seconds to download.

Furthermore, he said that as of now the MOU has been signed with BSNL but the company is also in talks between all other telecom operators including Reliance Jio, Airtel, Idea & Vodafone. If all other companies will get ready for this then their customers can also enjoy the low-cost internet service.
