CAT 2018: IIM Calcutta is all set to begin the online application for Common Admission Test for the Management aspirants 2018. All those who are planning to be a part of any of the top B-Schools in India have to appear for the CAT Exam for the year 2018. The official notification for the CAT 2018 has been released by IIM Calcutta has begin with the online registration process from 8 August 2018.

CAT 2018: Here are the Details of the Application fee for IIM Admission

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has released the official notification on the official website for CAT 2018 i.e As mentioned on the CAT official notification, IIM Calcutta will close the online registration process on 19 September 2018 by 5 Pm. Although till the time, interested and eligible candidates for the Common Admission Test can apply for the same online on the official website.

As far as the application/ registration fee for the CAT Exam 2018 is concerned, SC/ ST and PwD candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 950. Whereas all other categories candidates have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1900. Although the candidates have to pay the fee once irrespective to the number of Institute he/she opt for.

Reservation Criteria As per CAT Official Notification 2018

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has also reserved few seats for the candidates belonging to the reserve categories for the CAT 2018. As per the Government rule, IIM has reserved 15% seats for SC candidates, 27% for the OBC category candidates, 7.5% for the ST candidates and 5% for the PwD category in the Common Admission Test for the year 2018.

IIM will conduct the CAT (Common Admission Test) Exam 2018 in around 147 different centers in India on 25 November 2018.
