CBSE, Central Board of secondary education has recently declared the passing criteria for the 10th & 12th board exams 2018. With the date sheet still in waiting, CBSE has managed to release at least the passing criteria for the students who are going to sit for the CBSE board exams this year. According to the reliable sources including the media reports, the board is soon planning to release the final CBSE 10th & 12th board exams 2018 date sheet soon in this week of January.
All the students who are waiting for the exam schedule to be released will soon be able to check the final exam schedule on the official website of CBSE that is cbse.nic.in. Till then, the students can go through the passing criteria defined by CBSE. According to the news updates, the practical exams for both 10th board and the 12th board will begin this week in January and will be concluded till 25th February 2018 as per the circular issued by CBSE to all the affiliated schools.

CBSE 10th Boards Passing Criteria 2018 – CBSE has defined passing criteria for the students appearing for the 10th board exam this year. According to the board, all the students who are appearing for the 10th board exam must score Grade above E that is 33% to pass the exams. Also, all the students should clear all 5 subjects to pass the exam.

CBSE 12th Boards Passing Criteria 2018 – According to the published passing criteria for the CBSE 12th board exams 2018, the students should obtain at least 33 % in the theory, 33% in practical and 33% in aggregate to fall under the passing category of the exam.
