CBSE 12th Date Sheet 2018 | Students Unhappy, Board says will not change Time Table

CBSE leaves the students appearing for JEE Exams disappointed as Exam scheduled in-between Board exams

CBSE has finally released the date sheet for 10th and 12th standard’s board exams after much rumours and speculations. The students had been anxiously waiting for the timetable for a while now and it turns out that they aren’t too thrilled anymore after getting it for real. Turns out the CBSE is being heavily criticised for its date sheet for having little to no gaps between different examinations which is expected to further stress out the students who are already nervous about their 2018 board exams.

CBSE’s 12th Date Sheet A Real Problem For JEE Aspirants

It turns out the CBSE Date Sheet is going to further increase the worries of the students appearing for their board exams who seem to be already overwhelmed about the growing competition these days. The JEE aspirants of the current batch are in for a huge trouble as the exam is scheduled for the 8th of April which is only a day prior to the physical education exam on the 9th of April, 2018.

If you even excuse the fact that the JEE exam is likely to continue till the evening on the 8th, it is also likely that a huge number of students will be appearing for JEE Main in centres away from their homes and might not be able to make it back in time for their CBSE 12th physical education exam the very next day.

The situation is not exactly different for students from humanities stream as three of their major subject CBSE 2018 exams are to be held back to back without a break. According to the CBSE Date Sheet they will be appearing for their Psychology exam on April 5, Political Science on April 6, and finally legal studies on April 7th. A lot of students have been complaining that if they are not able to rest after the lengthy exams, they might not be able to appear in the next exam with only a few hours of preparation.

CBSE Denies Considering Any Changes in The Date Sheet

The board has ruled out making any changes in the CBSE date sheet of class 10th and 12th students since it is supposed to finish the exams in a set period of time so that it leaves them enough time for revaluation. This is done to ensure that none of the students face any problem while seeking admissions after their 10+2 Exams. As of now the teachers have taken up the challenger and have started revisions for the subjects that have little to no gap in the CBSE date sheet.
