Students Can Get CBSE Marksheets & Certificates on DigiLocker | Access Your Digital Copies

The CBSE Marksheet, certificates and other important documents are available on the DigiLocker website.

The CBSE circulates the passing certificates, transfer & migration certificates along with the mark sheets for Board Classes that is Class 10 as well as Class 12 of all the students who took the Board exams to their respective schools and institutions every year. The procedure to get the certificates handy is a bit long and long-term handling of these important certificates is very necessary as if lost once, the re-issue of the same is a complex process.

But, with the current availability of the DigiLocker, it is very simple and easy. The CBSE will now be proceeding with the availability of the digital copy of the certificates on the respective DigiLocker accounts.

All the students who had given or will be giving the CBSE Class 10 or Class 12 Board Exams need not worry in order to collect their mark sheets, passing certificates, as well as the migration certificates for their respective classes as a digital copy of the necessary documents, will be made available on the DigiLocker accounts of the students. All the students have an access to their DigiLocker accounts the details of which were either received by them via an SMS with the help of the CBSE Board or by registering themselves with the website of DigiLocker.

In order to access the documents which have been uploaded, the DigiLocker website should be signed up and further should be pulled from the CBSE database which happens to be the issuer organisation for the DigiLocker service provided to the students for all the 28 lakh students who appeared for the Board Exams of Classes 10 and 12 in 2018.

After visiting the DigiLocker website, the students need to submit their mobile number and thus signup. On the top right corner of the profile page, the student needs to upload their Aadhaar Card number with their DigiLocker account which will result in showing up of the Aadhaar profile of the student. The vertical left panel should be used to pull all the partner documents by making use of the ‘+’ icon.

Then the student needs to select the CBSE as their partner by making use of the drop-down menu and then select a type of document. All the necessary details need to be entered in order to access the documents. The data which shall be pulled from the database of the CBSE Board will be displayed and the same can be saved within the DigiLocker.
