Chandigarh is all set to fly to Bangkok by the end of this year. City beautiful much-awaited flight to Bangkok has been announced by Air India and soon will take off from the Chandigarh International Airport. Although it has been too much delay in starting of the flight of Chandigarh to Bangkok but finally Air India has come up to take off the first flight of Bangkok from city beautiful.
The first flight of Chandigarh to Bangkok will now officially take off from the Chandigarh International Airport on 11 December 2017 and its final. Yes, Air India has given the New Year gift to all the Chandigarhians by announcing their Bangkok flight from the city. Earlier it was supposed to start from October but it failed due to the late delivery of Airbus.
Chandigarh-Bangkok: Air India Flight Schedule & Timing
Air India will operate its new variant of Airbus A320 Neo as Chandigarh-Bangkok flight, which will have 12 business class seats and 150 economy class seats. Even the new flight for Bangkok from Chandigarh has the better sitting facility as it has additional leg space.
Air India flight from Chandigarh to Bangkok will take off at 2 pm from Chandigarh International Airport and land at the Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport by 8:15 pm (Local time of Bangkok). Whereas the same flight will take off from Bangkok by 5:40 am (Bangkok time) and reach to Chandigarh Airport by 9:20 am as per Indian time.
As of now Air India’s flight from Chandigarh to Bangkok will operate 3 days a week i.e Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting from Oct 11, 2017.
Price of Tickets from Chandigarh-Bangkok Flight
As an inaugural price, Air India has been offering passengers to fly from Chandigarh to Bangkok @ just Rs. 21,500. Airfare of Air India’s Chandigarh- Bangkok flight may differ depending upon the demand and supply. But with the starting price of the ticket, one can fly to Bangkok in just Rs. 21,500 from the city beautiful.
It will be the third International flight from Chandigarh International Airport after Dubai and Sharjah flights. Even Air India is planning for the direct air connectivity from Chandigarh to Australia and New Zealand. After the successful flight to Bangkok, Chandigarh International Airport will aim at New Zealand and Australia flight.
