Chandigarh colleges are all set for admission procedure in B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) courses for the new session 2017. The intake of admission application for the B.Com courses in colleges of Chandigarh will start from June 3, 2017 and end on 14 June, 2017. All the students who are seeking admission in BCom courses will have to take and submit the application in between the dates mentioned by the colleges.
After the declaration of 12th results board of the year 2017, all the colleges in the city are inviting applications for B.Com courses for the session 2017. And the race of admission in graduation colleges in the city beautiful will start by 3rd of June.
Important dates for B.Com Admission in Chandigarh 2017
Colleges in Chandigarh has heated up with students seeking admission in Graduation courses for the new session. Results of 12th boards have come out for the year 2017 and to carry forward with their studies, students are ready to step into the world of college. Here are the important dates for those who are willing to take admission in B.com courses in any of the Chandigarh-based college.
- Application intake for admission purpose in B.Com will take place in between 3rd to 14th June 2017.
- Merit list for BCom courses will be displayed in colleges of Chandigarh on June 29.
- First counselling will take place from July 1 to July 14, 2017.
- Second counselling will be held in between 24 July to 26 July.
- Whereas the third and final counselling for the admission in B.Com courses in Chandigarh will be carried out in the month of August.
All the counselling for B.Com admission in different colleges of the city will take place in Panjab University. Beside B.Com, colleges are also seeking admission for other graduation courses like- BBA, BCA, BSc and many more.

- Dev Samaj College, Sector 45 – 140 seats
- SGGS College, Sector 26 – 280 seats
- Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector 26 – 180 seats
- Govt. College of Commerce and Business Administration, Sector 42- 140 seats.
- Department of Evening Studies, PU- 70 seats
Whereas all the Post Graduate Government Colleges in Sector 11, 42 and 46 have 140 seats in each of them.
