Chandigarh is now gearing up to flag off the operations of its first Tejas Express Train from April 20, 2018. This will be a 19 coaches train that will run between Chandigarh to New Delhi and vice-versa. In its second phase of the rollout, Rail Coach Factory (RCF) is mulling on its fare hike as compared to the first instalment that kicked off between Mumbai to Goa, previously.

With the Rail Coach Factory (RCF) gearing up to roll out the second rake of 19 coaches of the New Delhi-Chandigarh Tejas Express by the 20th of April, the passengers can now expect various kinds of facilities like bio vacuum washrooms, hand dryers, coffee as well as tea vending machines, Wi-Fi, local cuisine, magazines, LED TV and phone sockets, snack tables and a lot of other interesting things.
