Chandigarh’s JW Marriott Introduces a 5 Star Food Truck & It’s Awesome

In order to enhance their gastronomical offerings to their customers, JW Marriott, Chandigarh has introduced a new food truck concept, recently. The hotel chain is calling it an overall change in the dimension of their food and beverage servings to their guests. The newly launched ‘Food Truck’ is housed within the premises of this 5-star hotel property and is catering to the variety of taste buds with quick and on the go food menu.

Where is Food Truck stationed at JW Marriott, Chandigarh & its menu

The Food Truck is located next to the Lounge on the hotel premises and has an extensive menu serving an exquisite mix of Indian, Italian, Oriental and other variety of finger foods that comforting and can be easily eaten on the go. Having the backdrop of an alfresco set-up, the food truck basically promotes the western trend of open-air cafes and meals on wheels concept for the people of Chandigarh and the tricity. The food truck also has some separate sitting areas including the common space for the kitchen and a small islands where people can stand and eat along with the cabanas with air conditioners.

Apart from some sumptuous and finger licking food, this food truck at the JW Marriott Chandigarh serves refreshing and exotic drinks brewed with fresh fruits and its juices.  To go by the theme and the symbol of the city, the food truck has a special cuisine on its menu, where the chef designs a unique shell crafted like an open hand with an array of Asian stir fry veggies to munch on.

JW Marriott is an international chain of luxury hotel and exotic resorts, whose one of the premium properties became operational in Chandigarh since the year 2011. The hotel is located in the busiest sector 35 with close proximity to the Chandigarh International Airport, railway station and other tourist spots.

This is the first time in the city that a 5 star hotel has launched its food truck to serve people coming from the various diaspora. To match the Indian taste and preferences of the guests at the hotel, the chef in this food truck has also made some amendments in the cooking and preparations of the cuisines on the menu.
