CISF Recruitment 2019: Selection Process For Total 429 Head Constable Posts & Other Details

CISF Recruitment 2019: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) last month released an official notification and started the procedure of filling the application form for the post of Head Constable (HC). The link to apply online is active and candidates who are eligible can fill and submit the application form online on the official website.

The procedure of filling the application form for the post of Head Constable in CISF started on 21st January 2019 and the last date to fill the application form is 20th February 2019 till 5 pm. The CISF has invited application from male and female candidates for the post of Head Constable. Here are the details regarding the Selection Process & Other.

CISF Recruitment 2019 – Selection Process

The candidates will be selected for the post of Head Constable in CISF on the basis of the Physical Standard test, Height Bar Test, Documentation, Written Test, Skill test and Medical Examination. Before the medical examination, there will be three stages which include the a) PST, Documentation b) OMR/Computer-Based Written examination c) Skill Test (Typewriting test).

The scrutiny of the documents of the candidates will be done after the PST. The written test for the post of Head Constable in CISF will have 100 questions of 100 marks and the time will be 2 hours. The 100 questions in the CISF CBT exam will be from the General Knowledge, general Intelligence, Arthimatic, and General English or Hindi. For the General and ESM, the minimum marks required to qualify for the next stage is 35% and for the SC/ST/OBC it is 33%.

CISF Recruitment 2019 – Vacancies & Other Details

According to the official notification released by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), there are total 429 vacancies for the post of Head Constable. These vacancies are for the male candidates, female candidates and LDCE. For the general category male candidates, there are 167 vacancies. For the OBC category male candidates, there are 88 vacancies. For the SC male candidates, there are 49 vacancies and for the ST male category, there are 24 vacancies.

For the general category female candidates, there are 21 vacancies. For the OBC female candidates, there are 9 vacancies in CISF. For the SC female candidates, there are 5 vacancies and for the ST female candidates, there are 2 vacancies. For the LDCE general, there are total 34 vacancies. For the OBC, there are 187 vacancies. For the SC, there are 9 vacancies and for the ST category, there are total 4 vacancies.

The candidates applying for the same will have to pay application fee of Rs 100. This is only for the General and OBC category candidates. Other category candidates and the female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
