The Online Application process for the CSIR UGC NET examination shall start from August 23, 2017, this year followed by the last date for submitting the same on September 16, 2017. The online application fee payment for the CSIR UGC NET Exam shall be made only until September 15, 2017. Candidates need to send in their application printed form latest by September 23, 2017, with extension offered to the candidates aspiring for the CSIR UGC NET 2017 exam residing in remote areas. The last date of receiving the hard copy of CSIR UGC NET application form from remote areas on October 3, 2017.
Conducting authorities of CSIR UGC NET 2017 exam shall upload a document displaying a list of registered candidates for the CSIR UGC NET 2017 Exam this year. The admit cards for the CSIR UGC NET 2017 exam shall be issued in the first week of December 2017 this year. The tentative date of holding the CSIR UGC NET Exam is December 17, 2017.

CSIR UGC NET 2017 Exam | Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have done M.Sc or equivalent degree in the field of integrated courses like BS-MS or B.E./B.Tech, MBBS or B.Pharma can apply for the CSIR UGC NET Exam 2017. For candidates belonging to General & OBC category, the minimum marks required is 55% while for the reserved category like SC/ST/PwD category the criteria is 50% to make them eligible for the CSIR UGC NET Exam 2017. The candidates who are still waiting for their results can apply for the CSIR UGC NET Exam 2017 can do the same by doing under the “Result Awaited” i.e. RA category.
