CSIR UGC NET 2018: Finally, the CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) has started the process of online application form filling for the CSIR UGC NET December 2018 exam. The candidates preparing for the exam can now fill the application form on the official website of CSIR. But before applying online, candidates are advised to read the information bulletin and official notification of CSIR UGC NET December 2018 Exam.
The application process was scheduled to begin from 25th September 2018 but the link to apply online was not available till 26th September 2018 evening. But now the link for the online application form for the CSIR UGC NET Exam is available and candidates can fill the application form.
CSIR UGC NET 2018 December Exam – Last Date
As per the information bulletin and official notification released by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, the last date to fill the application form is 15th September. The application process has started and candidates can apply online on the official website www.csirhrdg.res.in by following these steps:
Candidates first need to visit the website of CSIR. On the home page or the front page click on the Apply online lick under the CSIR UGC NET 2018. Now candidates will have to register themselves on the website of CSIR. After the registration username and password will be provided. Now Login with the details.
After the login, fill the application form for the exam of CSIR NET and save it. Now submit the application form and proceed for the payment. After the successful payment of application fee print the application form for future reference.
CSIR UGC NET 2018 (December) – Other Details
The maximum age limit for the JRF post is 28 years and this upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for the SC/ST persons and PwD and 3 years relaxation for the OBC Category candidates. For the Lectureship, there is no upper age limit to apply online.
The application fee for the CSIR NET Exam December 2018 is Rs 1000 for General Category candidates, Rs 500 for the OBC NCL category and Rs 250 for the SC/ST and PWD Category candidates. The application fee can only be paid via credit, debit card or via net banking.
