CTET 2018: CBSE Starts the Online Application Process | Candidates May Apply Before 27 August

CTET Exam 2018: CBSE begin with the online application process for Central Teachers Eligibility Test for the year 2018. Here comes the great news for the CTET 2018 candidates, Central Board of Secondary Education finally begun the online application process for the same from today.  Now candidates can fill up the application form or CTET 2018 on its official website.

On 19 June 2018, CBSE on CTET’s official website rolled out an official notification regarding the postponed of the online application form for 2018.  Although earlier, Central Teachers Eligibility Test online application process was supposed to be started on 22 June 2018 but was postponed. Now after 40 days of the same, CBSE has finally opened the process for CTET 2018 application today.

CTET 2018: CBSE Started the Online Application Process

Central Board of Secondary Education on CTET official website released an official notification detailing about the start and last date of online application process 2018. As per the new notification, CBSE CTET online application will start from 1 August 2018 and the last date for the same will be 27 August 2018. Whereas candidates can pay the online application fee to CTET till 30 August 2018 before 3.30 pm.

CTET 2018 candidates have to pay an online application fee of Rs. 350 and Rs. 700 for only 1 paper be it Paper I or II for SC/ST and General categories respectively. Whereas for both the papers, candidates of General and SC/ST categories have to pay a fee worth Rs. 1200 and Rs. 600 respectively.

For those who are looking forward to applying for the online application process for CBSE Central Teachers Eligibility Test 2018 has to follow some simple steps. At first, open the official website of CTET 2018 i.e ctet.nic.in and then click on the apply online button. After that fill up the online application form and note down the application or registration number. Also, upload the recent photograph (10-100 Kb) and signature (3-30 kb) as required in the CTET form. Then pay the online application fee via e-challan or debit/credit card and take the print out of the confirmation page for future reference.
