The age criteria for admission to pre-nursery is that the child should be between 2.5 years to 3.5 years of age at the start of the academic session at the end of March.

Documents Required during Admission Process:

For General Category:

• Duly filled admission form
• Photocopy of birth certificate-This photocopy should be attested by the concerned government officer.
• Photocopy of aadhar card- A photocopy of Aadhar card of the child if available should be submitted.
• 3 passport sized photographs

For EWS Students:

• Residence proof
• Affidavit for proof of income
• Income certificate from SDM/Tehsildar.

Depositing The Admission application form:

The application form along with the attested photocopies of the above mentioned documents must be submitted at the school counter/office. A sum of Rs. 100 will be charged as registration fee whereas the application form has no charges.

There will be a draw of lots for the EWS category students only. This draw of lots will take place in the third week of January. Hostel Facility:

Fee Structure at DAV School, Sector 15, Chandigarh

Annual Fee: Rs. 42,410.

*The admission fee has to be paid in four installments in the months of April, July, October and January.

The fee has to be paid online.

This is the fee structure for the academic session 2016-17 but the new fees may be subjected to change by the school authorities.

Withdrawal Rules:

A one month prior notice for withdrawal needs to be submitted by parents in written at the school office. The school leaving certificate will be issued only after clearance of all the dues. If a student wishes to leave within the month of admission will be refunded with only 50% of the fee. For students, who apply after March, will have to pay the first quarter’s fee else to avoid this, student can do the withdrawal one month well in advance. • Display of the list of eligible candidates will happen by mid of January on the school’s notice and official website
• Final display of the selected children and waiting list will happen by the end of third week of January
• The deposition deadline for the fees of selected children is mid of second week of February
