A young girl from Delhi who was just 22 years old committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train at Ghitorni Metro station in Delhi. This metro station is on the yellow line of Delhi Metro and comes just next to Sultanpur.
The incident occurred at 10:40 AM in the morning today. The girl allegedly jumped in front of the moving train while the metro was arriving at Platform Number 2 at Ghitorni Station. This metro train was scheduled to go towards Samaypur Badli.
The woman who jumped before the Metro train was killed on the spot. Identification has not been done as of now and the police are investigating the case. It is assumed that the girl was alone and had come to the metro station independently.
