Not only the colleges but 2 of the Universities of Delhi have also been ranked under the top 10 universities in India.
Top Colleges in Delhi

- Shri Ram College of Commerce (Rank 3)
- Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (Rank 5)
- Lady Shri Ram College of Women (Rank 7)
- Dayal Singh College (Rank 8)
- Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College (Rank 9)
Apart from these colleges 2 universities of Delhi, JNU (Rank 2) and DU (Rank 8) also made it to the list of top 10 Universities in India revealed by MHRD in 2017. Among the list of higher education institutes in India, IIT Delhi and JNU have been placed in the 5th and 6th rank respectively, whereas DU ranked 15th in the list.
