DMRC Recruitment 2018 – Important Details
The application process for the recruitment of Office Assistant, Junior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Maintainer, Store Assistant and Various posts in Delhi Metro begun on 27 January 2018. The last date to apply for the DMRC various posts is now 12 March. Candidates can now apply for the post. The application fees can be paid until 12 March 2018.
Candidates belong to General and OBC will have to pay Rs.500 as the application fee for the exam and for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Ex Sm the examination fee is Rs.250. Candidates can pay the application fee via credit card, debit card or via net banking. The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 28 years.
Vacancies in DMRC
Regular Executive category – There are total 1985 vacancies in DMRC for various posts. For the Office Assistant post, there are 14 posts, For Asstt. Manager/Electrical there are 21 posts, For Asstt. Manager/ S&T there are 12 posts, For Asstt. Manager/Operation there are 8 posts, for Asstt. Manager/Fire & store there are total 4 posts (2 posts each). For Asstt. Manager/Environment there is 1 post and for Asstt. Manager/IT there are 03 posts.
Regular Non-Executive Category – there are 1058 vacancies for the Maintainer post, for Jr. Engineer/Electrical there are 192 vacancies, For Jr. Engineer/ Electronics there are 135 vacancies, for Jr. Engineer/Mechanical there are 87 vacancies, for Jr. Engineer/Civil there are 24 vacancies, for Jr. Engineer/Environment there are 02 vacancies, for Asst. Programmer, there are 09 post vacancies in DMRC, For Legal Assistant, there are 4 vacancies, for Fire Inspector there are 10 vacancies and for Librarian post there are 02 vacancies.
Executive Category (Contract basis for 04 years) – For the post of Asstt. Manager/Electrical there are 25 vacancies, for the post of Asstt. Manager/S&T there are 22 vacancies, For the post of Asstt. Manager/Civil, there are 44 post vacancies, For Asstt. Manager/Alignment Design there is 1 vacancy.
For Non-Executive Category (Contract basis for 04 years) – For the post of Jr. Engineer/ Electronics, there are 102 vacancies, for the post of Jr. Engineer/ Civil there are 96 vacancies and for the post of Store Assistant there are 13 post vacancies. There is also a Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST candidates which include 88 posts.
